The Houseboat / Watervilla a 6 to 8 persons accommodation of approx. 110 square meters unique because of the comfort and the design. The Houseboat / Watervilla has two full-fledged floors, on the basement floor you will find three bedrooms a bathroom and a separate toilet, on the ground floor you will find the entrance hall, a luxurious kitchen, attractive and comfortable living room with folding doors, dining area with sliding doors to the garden. Lovely terrace.

The Houseboat / Watervilla have been fitted with all modern conveniences like hr-glazing, underfloor heating, parquet floor, it is totally isolated so pleasantly cool in the summer, but also calculated on harsh winters, furthermore the accommodation is equipped with dishwasher, gas cooker, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV and FREE WiFi.
Beds are made up at arrival, bed-linen and towels are provided.

On the ground floor is the entrance, the laundry room, the guest toilet the living room and kitchen. Through the entrance you reach via double doors the spacious living room with open fully equipped kitchen.
The living room is very cosy; built-in spots in the curved ceiling, large sliding doors giving access to the terrace (on the South) and storey high windows on three sides providing wonderful light.
Via a spacious hardwood stairs with built-in lighting you reach the basement floor.
On the basement floor there is a hallway with a store high window, (full day light) that connects all rooms, including the Master-bedroom, two bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom with spacious, double sink and towel radiator, a separate toilet and two built-in closets and technical space.
The Master-bedroom is spacious, light, comfortable and furnished with a double bed. The second and third bedroom are furnished with two single beds. A sofa bed in the living room provides two additional sleeping places if desired.

At the Houseboat / Watervilla belongs, without additional costs, a berth reserved for your pleasure boat in our Marina.

The beautifully landscaped gardens are maintained by expert gardeners.
