Booking terms and conditions

The check-in is from 15.00 o’clock. The check-out is at 10:00 o’clock.
Our reception is open from Monday until Friday from 9:00 o’clock until 17:30 o’clock. We are closed in the weekends, you always can reach us by phone. In case of urgency our staff can quickly be on the location.
If you arrive at a time that the reception is closed, you will find a white envelope with your name on it in the stainless steal mailbox at the left-hand side of the front door of the reception. Inside the white envelope you will find a welcome letter with use full information, a plan of the park with you accommodation marked on it, and the key of the accommodation.
